These terms govern your use of concreteleadmagnet.com and the lead generation services provided by Bayview Lead Systems LLC, operating as Concrete Lead Magnet ("we," "us," "our"). By using this site or our services, you agree to them.

What we provide

We own and operate websites that rank in local search results. Calls and form submissions from those websites are forwarded to one concrete contractor per market. We provide the lead. Quoting, scheduling, and performing the work is entirely yours.

Exclusivity

While a market is assigned to you and your account is current, we will not assign that same market to another concrete contractor. Exclusivity applies to the market and the service category we agreed on, and ends when your agreement ends.

Trials

A trial period lets you receive real leads at no cost before deciding. Trials run roughly one to two weeks. During a trial you owe nothing and can stop at any time. If you continue after the trial, the monthly retainer we quoted you applies.

Payment

• The retainer is a flat monthly amount, quoted before you start, regardless of how many leads come in that month.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
• Billing recurs monthly until cancelled.
• If a payment fails, we will contact you. Service and market exclusivity may be suspended while an account is past due.

Cancellation

You may cancel at any time by emailing or texting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid month. Once cancelled, the market returns to availability and may be offered to another contractor.

What we don't promise

We do not guarantee a specific number of leads, a specific lead quality, a conversion rate, or an amount of revenue. Search volume, seasonality, and market conditions vary, and how many leads turn into jobs depends heavily on how quickly and how well you respond to them.

Not every call will be work you want. Some will be outside your service area, outside your trade, or not serious. That is the nature of inbound.

Your responsibilities

• Answer or return calls promptly — lead value drops fast with delay
• Hold the licenses and insurance your state and municipality require
• Handle lead contact information lawfully, and follow applicable calling and texting laws when you contact them
• Represent your own business honestly to the people we send you

Text message terms

Age requirement

Our services and our text message program are intended for business owners and operators who are 18 years of age or older. By using this site, agreeing to receive messages from us, or entering into an agreement with us, you confirm that you are at least 18. We do not knowingly collect information from, or send messages to, anyone under 18.

Intellectual property

The websites, domains, phone numbers, rankings, and content we use to generate leads remain our property at all times. Paying a retainer gives you the leads produced during that period. It does not transfer ownership of any website, domain, phone number, or Google Business Profile, and none of it transfers when an agreement ends.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim relating to these terms or our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for lost profits or other indirect damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in California.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the current version. Continuing to use our services after a change means you accept it.
